Can I transfer my existing landline number?
Yes, and it's free. Tell us the number on the transfer page and we'll email a link to upload photo ID, proof of address and a recent bill. The same link shows where your transfer has got to. Transfers take two to four weeks; your old line keeps working until the switch. Once transferred, it costs that country's store price a month, the same as any other number there.
We email you when your documents arrive, when your old provider agrees a date and on the day the number moves. A person here raises the transfer with your old provider — it isn't automatic — so reply to any of our emails and we'll tell you exactly where yours is.
