How does the free trial work?
£9.99 a monthUp to 300 minutes a month to a UK mobile included, then 5p a minute.
7-day free trial, and it starts the day your number goes live. The plan is free for those 7 days — the only thing you can be charged for is minutes past the 300 included, at 5p a minute. You set up a payment method at sign-up so the number can be ordered; nothing is collected until the trial ends, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing.
Minutes past the allowance during the free trial are charged at the same per-minute rate and appear as one line on your first bill; if you cancel before the trial ends, they are not charged at all.
During a free trial there is a safety limit: at twice your plan's included minutes — 600 on All-in-One, 500 on 0800 Freephone — we send callers to voicemail until the plan starts, so a misconfigured diverting line can't run up a bill on a free trial. You still get every message by email, and we lift it on request.
