Not yet — Landline for Mobile is for receiving calls. An app add-on for making calls as your number is coming, at £6.99 a month. Two things work today: withholding your mobile number when you ring back (dial 141 first), and WhatsApp Business on your landline number, which lets you call and message customers as the business for free.
